Sea Clean's Impactful Summer of Growth and Sustainability
This summer has been an exciting and busy season for Sea Clean as we launched new products, expanded partnerships, and received some fantastic recognition in the marine industry. We’ve been thrilled to be featured by notable publications such as Powerboat & RIB, The Green Blue, Yachting Pages, Practical Boat Owner, Yachting Monthly, All at Sea, Superyacht Content, and many more. This attention has helped us reach a wider audience and connect with people who share our passion for cleaner waters and sustainable boating practices.
Building on this momentum, we’ve strengthened our collaboration with CleanHub and have committed to removing an additional 100 kg of ocean-bound plastic, which takes us to an equivalent to 20,000 plastic bottles. This initiative is part of our ongoing pledge to support cleaner oceans. To make it easier for our customers to join us in our mission, we’re excited to introduce the Sea Clean Beach Cleanup Bag. This bag is designed for boaters to keep on board, making it simple to collect and remove waste from local beaches and shorelines while out on the water. Looking ahead, we’re also planning a major cleanup campaign with Powerboat & RIB for next year, so stay tuned!

This summer wasn’t just about cleanup—we also extended our product line. By popular demand, we introduced a RIB cleaner after rigorous testing to ensure it met our standards for effectiveness and environmental safety. Additionally, we’ve developed a range of tailored “handover kits” for various watercraft, designed to address the unique care needs of each type of vessel. These kits not only provide convenience but also help our customers better understand how to use our products for maximum impact on their specific craft.
Over the summer, our products have gained a following among sailors and sailing clubs. Dinghy sailors, in particular, have been embracing our eco-friendly cleaners. We’re also thrilled to announce our sponsorship of the Oceana Vivo team, led by the ambitious Zac Blomeley. This partnership promises to bring some exciting content as we follow the team’s inspiring journey. You can check out their mission and support their work by visiting Oceana Vivo. In addition, we proudly sponsored several youth events at Chipstead Sailing Club, encouraging young sailors to pursue their passion—a cause that’s not often supported enough.
We also had the privilege of showcasing our brand at the Southampton Boat Show, an experience that boosted our visibility and introduced us to new supporters. Our sponsorship of the Sonata Nationals with Medway Sailing Club, as well as our involvement in events like the UIM Powerboat Nationals and Cowes-Torquay-Cowes race, have been fantastic opportunities to demonstrate the benefits and value of Sea Clean products to the marine community.
Finally, we’d like to extend a huge thank you to the incredible businesses, superyachts and individuals we’ve collaborated with over the summer. We are committed to continually refining our products and delivering the highest level of service. We have a host of exciting projects lined up for 2025 and can’t wait to share them with you. Together, we look forward to growing the Sea Clean family and making an even greater impact on our oceans.
